Dear Hear the Need,

I am writing to thank you for the scholarship, new hearing aids, and microphone. When I learned I was a recipient of your scholarship; I was initially in disbelief. I was ecstatic to learn I was a recipient.

I am currently majoring in Biomedical Engineering, which I plan to pursue a career in this field or a medical-related field related to it. I am currently a freshman set to complete 30 credit hours this school year, and I plan to graduate in the spring of 2025. I have goals to make a large impact on the medical field with my degree, and thanks to this scholarship, I am one step closer to achieving them.

This scholarship inspires, strengthens, and enables my commitment to do well in school. Receiving this scholarship reminds me of how medical devices can have on an individual and motivates me to create something likewise one day. By awarding me this scholarship, my financial burden is also lightened. I hope one day that I will also help students achieve their goals as you have helped me.
